Nelson Fitness Challenge 2022
Nelson's Fit Stop Leaders decided to host our very own version of the World Cup. As a school, we took part in a fitness challenge that consisted of a range of exercises (demonstrated in the video above by our Fit Stop Leaders). The winning classes were awarded extra playtime. Although the World Cup has ended, we can still complete the exercises!

After-school dance workshops
We have worked with ACE for a couple of years now, and we have built a positive relationship with such a professional company. The children who attend Dance Club are given the opportunity to take part in a series of after-school workshops which focus on dance fitness as well as learning new styles of dance. We were able to learn a contemporary piece, with a mix of Afro-fusion dance styles.
