Our 29th Issue: 25th September 2024
This week we are highlighting our views on gender equality. We learnt about the Rule of Thumb (law) from Mrs Dawes relating to history and gender. We've also interviewed children from Year 2 to Year 6 about what they are learning in school this week.
Here's what we've heard from the Year 2 children about their Titanic workshop on Monday:
Sophie recounted that the ship sank to the bottom of the sea, and it snapped into two while it was becoming filled with water. Mohammed told us that 20 lifeboats were not enough to save everyone. Sophie says that the ship is getting rusty now but there are still some pieces left.
